Chet – Adopted!

  • Sato,
  • male,
  • ~2 years,
  • 30 lbs.

After arriving as a stray from Puerto Rico, Chet is happily adjusting to foster life. He is an active dog who loves adventures, and hasn’t found another pup or person that he doesn’t like! When at the dog park, Chet loves to play with and chase any dog willing to run with him, no matter the size. Chet is housebroken and working on manners and basic commands. Because of his high energy, he can sometimes get a little excited and jump up, so we think he’d be better with older children 10 and up. He is also a little mouthy when excited, but his foster home is working on redirecting him to chew on toys, not arms! Chet is not a fan of the crate, but after sufficient exercise, he behaves well when he’s left alone. He’s very affectionate and loves attention, making sure you have not forgotten about him! Chet is a cuddler and will use you as a pillow on his naps. He rides well in the car and rarely barks when he’s around others. Overall, Chet is a lovable pup who will make a great addition to anyone’s home!
