Costello is an absolute sweetheart. Easygoing and mild-mannered, Costello seamlessly adapted to his foster home, living peacefully with his 3 canine siblings. With his beautiful red coat, Costello is picture perfect walking through the fall foliage. He has been great with all he has met, including a cat and a 4 year old child.

He is housebroken and walks well on a leash. Costello has an old injury in his front right leg, which left him with a permanent limp. So he will do a little hop occasionally when his leg bothers him, his ears flapping adorably as he keeps moving along, never letting his injury get the better of him. And there’s nothing wrong with his hind legs, so he can help himself to an English muffin (or 6) which must have been left on the counter for him in case he got a hankering! He is pretty low-energy and loves attention, offering his paw when he can to get another pet or scratch behind the ears.
