Diamonds in the Ruff - September 18, 2015

Join us on Friday, September 18th from 5pm to 8pm for our first annual Diamonds in the Ruff event at the new Glennpeter Diamond Center.

This evening will feature raffles, silent auctions, complimentary appetizers, a cash bar and music from Bruce Allen.

The Diamond Center is located at 1544 Central Ave, Albany, NY.

Peppertree's Alumni Picnic - October 4, 2015

Join us on Sunday, October 4th from Noon to 3pm for our Alumni Picnic to celebrate rescue dogs!

Once again we will be at Cook Park's Sharon Pavilion in the Village of Colonie.

Come have some great food to help great dogs! Dogs and people from all over are invited to help us celebrate rescue and Peppertree dogs! We will be serving homemade veggie burgers, Chef Grimaldi's famous chicken, hamburgers, hotdogs, assorted sides and salads, and homemade apple crisp for dessert!

Just $10 for adults, and $5 for children, a family four pack is available for two adults and two children for just $25. Dogs are free!

Please help us out by RSVPing at ptalumnipicnic@peppertree.org so we know how much food to make.

Good Choice Dog Training, LLC and Becky Hutchins will be on hand to with some agility equipment for any interested in giving it a try too!

Directions to Cook Park:

FROM THE EAST: Take SR-7 towards 87 South (Northway).
Take Northway to Exit 2W.
At second traffic light, turn left onto Lincoln Avenue (L-Kens and Smokey Bones on right).
Go approximately one mile to Cook Park entrance on left.
Take left on Shambrook Parkway into Cook Park.

FROM THE WEST: Take I-90 (Gov. Thomas E. Dewey Thruway) to Exit 24.
After toll booth, take Exit 1N for Interstate 87 North.
Proceed to Exit 2W towards Schenectady. Take Exit 2W onto Central Avenue (Route 5).
At second traffic light, turn left onto Lincoln Avenue (L-Kens & Smokey Bones on right).
Go approximately one mile to Cook Park entrance on left.
Take left on Shambrook Parkway into Cook Park.
