Finnian is a funny, shy little guy who will keep you forever entertained with his antics.  He always wants to know what his person is doing, and his favorite thing in the world is stealing napkins.  Finnian is excellent with other dogs — he is in a foster home with dogs 5 to 80 lbs and loves everyone.  We suspect he would try to play with a cat, but he corrects easily and could be taught to respect them. Finnian has been improving in his foster home but he is extremely fearful of people — because of this, we are requiring an adult-only home with a fenced yard and experience with shy dogs for Finnian. He depends on other dogs for security and must go to a home with another playful dog.
