Nani came to us when her family was no longer able to care for her. She is a true social butterfly who has already earned the reputation of “town greeter” in her foster home because she runs to the door to welcome all newcomers with a wagging tail. As you might expect from such a friendly girl, she loves to snuggle and wants to be with her people as much as possible. Nani has not been tested with children yet, but we think she would enjoy them (more humans to pet her? yes please!). She does jump when excited and has been known to follow her nose right out the door, so would do best with older children (8+). Nani is not destructive and seems to be housetrained. She gets along with the other dogs in her foster home, but is more interested in people so would probably be fine as an only dog. She has not been tested with cats.
