If you looked up “gentleman” in the dictionary, Pepper’s picture would surely appear there.

With his impeccable manners and big brown eyes, this little guy is as charming as he is adorable. He greets all visitors with a wagging tail and welcomes their attention, showing off his perfect “sit” in exchange for some delicious treats.

Pepper may be getting a little up there in years (aren’t we all?) but you would never know it. Age is just a number, and he’s not acknowledging his! He still has plenty of pep in his step and loves to go for walks or car rides. Everyone in your neighborhood will soon be asking who your handsome companion is, and Pepper will be much obliged to introduce himself to them.

Pepper is looking for an adopter who enjoys the finer things in life: naps, treats, and leisurely walks. He does not count other animals to be among those finer things in life, so he is requesting that you make him your one and only darling. He would also enjoy a quiet household with no young children. In exchange, he promises to be your faithfully devoted companion, and a gentleman through and through. As a true gentleman, he is of course house trained, and he does not need to be crated.
