Samsung is a happy, healthy purebred beagle looking for his forever home! Samsung came to Peppertree when his owner could no longer give him the life he deserved. This young boy is seeking an active lifestyle, since as a 1 year old, the whole world is new to him! He’s still working on his leash skills as he pulls whenever he sees or smells anything interesting. Samsung does have a prey drive and loves to follow his nose, as a beagle boy should, so a fenced yard is a must. We’re unsure how he is with cats but would most likely chase them. Even when he pulls on his walks, he loves to get outside and breathe the fresh air with a wide smile the whole time! Samsung is also getting more comfortable playing with lots of dogs and meeting new people. While at the dog park, he’s intimidated at first, but quickly warms up, howling at the other pups while he chases them. He has a similar energy in the car; though he’ll stay in the back seat, he’s always looking out the windows, trying to take everything in! Samsung is active and will walk/ run or play fetch all day long if you let him. He will joyously destroy any toy with a squeaker and keep it as his prize. Once he is tired, he loves nothing more than to cuddle on the couch, resting on top of you if you let him! He is house trained and non-destructive when left alone in the house. Because he is young and can be mouthy when playing, we think he’d be best in a home without young children. Overall, Samsung is excited to see what’s next in his life and he can’t wait to meet you!
