Bennie is a handsome dog with a great disposition!  He has play dates with other dogs and currently lives with a cat, who he is respectful of.  Bennie enjoys playing with other dogs so we think he would do well in a home with another dog. He is crate trained and house trained too! Bennie does need a securely fenced yard, this handsome fellow likes to channel his inner Olympian and can jump a three foot fence.  Bennie has been around visiting children and does well with them, but due to his size would be best with bigger children.  Bennie is a fun dog who likes to play!

Bennie is very intelligent, likes to learn and picks up commands quickly.  He is food motivated and really loves his treats – he even loves his fruits and veggies!  Bennie likes apple slices, carrots, green peppers and raw sweet potatoes!  Benny graduated from a six-week dog obedience course and loves to use his brain. One of his favorite games is “search”.  His family hides toys or treats and he finds them, every time!  Watch your soft toys though, Bennie will shred and swallow them.  Hard rubber toys are best for him, among his favorites are Benebones.
