Courage – Adopted!

  • Min Pin mix,
  • male,
  • ~8 years,
  • 10 lbs.

After Courage was picked up as a stray and never claimed, a local Animal Control Officer contacted us about taking him. He has adapted to foster life quickly! He loves to cuddle up in a pile of blankets and in your lap, and loves affection from everyone but is independent enough to curl up by himself to get comfortable. When Courage isn’t relaxing, he loves going for walks. He’s getting better on the leash but can’t help chasing after every squirrel or pigeon he sees. He is very curious about the world and loves seeking it out. Courage is especially fond of car rides and treats it as another way to explore. Despite his 10-pound body, he isn’t afraid of anything! Courage loves meeting new friends – people and dogs alike. Courage is quickly picking up on simple commands (ie.- sit, stay, come, bed). He is also house trained and has a schedule that is working well. With all the love he gets, Courage reciprocates with the kisses and companionship. Courage is currently awaiting dental procedures but that hasn’t dampened his curiosity yet. Once his teeth are in better condition, there will be nothing that stops this little man!
