If we were to make a list of the “goodest boys ever,” Maxton would surely be near the top. He is such an easy keeper, all he wants to do is hang out near his people and go for short walks. He can usually be found resting in one of the many dog beds available, though he also enjoys some cuddles once he settles in. Maxton is gentle with children, but is easily overwhelmed by a lot of activity, and will be happiest in a quiet home — he would be a great companion for a retired person or someone who works from home! He gets along with other dogs of all sizes, and would be fine with cats. Maxton is housebroken, walks well on leash, rides nicely in the car, and does not need to be crated. We are currently looking to place him within the Capital District.
