Golden Retriever/Poodle mix, female, 10 months, 40 lbs. Need a hiking companion? Or a running buddy? Or just a great retriever who loves to play fetch? Annie is your girl. This gorgeous puppy loves to run and play, and would be perfectly at home on a hiking trail or chasing balls in a fenced yard. She gets along with other dogs of all sizes, and is even respectful of teeny tiny Chihuahuas. Of course, she doesn’t feel as strongly about other dogs as she does about people — as far as Annie’s concerned, dogs are great, but people are the best thing ever! Her personality is all Golden Retriever, and not only has she never met a stranger, but she is a true “velcro” dog who will follow you from room to room. She is a very affectionate puppy who just loves to be loved. Annie loves children, but because she has a lot of energy and is still learning her manners, she will not be placed in a home with young children. A fenced yard and previous dog experience is preferred. She has not been tested with cats but we believe she would be fine with a dog-savvy cat. She is crate trained and fully housebroken.
