She has the kindest soul, wouldn’t hurt a fly and loves getting hugs from kids. She plays well with other dogs but is not energetic enough to tire a puppy out for you. She loves meeting new friends and will calmly sit and accept pets from all she meets. Dee Dee is completely house broken and can be left at home without being crated. However, if you want her to stay in a crate she will happily wait in there for you to come home. Dee Dee is a very easy going-dog and goes with the flow. She walks nicely on a leash but would rather sit out from a long hike. Dee Dee is a survivor, and has just recovered from a mastectomy. She has been very well taken care of by her vet, has had full scans and we are happy to announce she is cancer free! Dee Dee really is the perfect dog. All she is missing is the perfect family to shower her with love and snuggles. Loving to cuddle is a requirement to adopt this girl and once you feel her velvet soft fur, you won’t ever want to let her go! Absolutely perfect for a low energy couple that wants a dog without all the work a puppy brings.
