Gemma is a gorgeous 4-year old, 60 lbs. pointer mix looking for her forever home due to a change in family circumstances. She will melt your heart with her soulful brown eyes and happily be your couch companion. Gemma is sweet, calm, and friendly with adults, kids, and other dogs, but no cats as she’s too interested in them.

Gemma is potty trained and working on crate training in her foster home (she was left loose in prior home with no reported problems). She is quiet but will let you know when Amazon delivers your packages. Gemma knows basic commands like sit and paw. She is food motivated and eager to please, and her skills will only grow with further training.

Gemma is gentle but strong on the leash so a fenced yard is preferred. She will benefit from leash training. She’s lived with dogs her whole life and will flourish in a family with a canine sibling. Having lived in a rural setting, Gemma will thrive in low-key, quiet neighborhood.
