Geoffrey, aka “G”, is nicknamed after his favorite character on NCIS Los Angeles, one of the shows he and his foster mom binge-watch after a long day. Geoffrey’s foster mom admits she may be a bit biased, but he is a very sweet well-mannered boy, with gentle eyes. He has puppy energy at times, but also loves to snuggle and be with his human. He enjoys other dogs, currently living with 2 larger dogs, an 8yr old and 12yr old and does well respecting their boundaries. He also lives with cats, he is curious, but does not chase them. There aren’t children in his foster home, but his foster mom thinks he’d be fine with them. He is a social boy who would do well with company during the day, either with a human companion or a canine one. Geoffrey is house-broken and crate trained. He enjoys the outdoors, loves to watch the leaves fall, and his foster mom often finds him staring at them as they waft through the air. He also loves to have his belly rubbed. Geoffrey sleeps in his crate at bedtime, but also likes to nap on the bed and the couch. He walks pretty nicely on the leash, without much pulling. He is still curious about Upstate NY right now and is learning that walking straight is preferred. He knows basic commands and seems eager to learn new things.
