Gigi is a gentle, soulful senior gal looking for a family to love her through her golden years. This sweet lady loves a good stroll – especially if it includes plenty of time for sniffing & investigating scents along the way. Gigi firmly believes walks are meant to be savored, not rushed!
At home, Gigi is the definition of easy-going. She loves cozy naps, head pets, tasty chews, and simply relaxing near her people. While toys aren’t really her thing, give her a bully stick and a comfy spot on the floor, and she’ll be one happy girl. Her foster mom’s favorite thing about Gigi is that she dreams pretty often when sleeping and will bark in her sleep!
Gigi currently lives peacefully with a resident dog & two foster cats and has done wonderfully with both. She’s house trained and enjoys a predictable, relaxed routine. Because loud noises and busy environments can make her nervous, Gigi would thrive in a quieter home with low activity.
When meeting new people or exploring unfamiliar places, Gigi can initially be timid. But with kindness, encouragement, and a little time, her affectionate personality will begin to shine. She prefers short car rides and cozy neighborhood adventures over big outings and busy schedules.
Gigi is also continuing her weight loss journey and is looking for a family who can help support her healthy lifestyle with regular walks and lots of encouragement.
