Kaylee is a sweet, calm, content-to-be-by-your-side kind of girl. She barks when she hears something she’s not sure of, but is not persistent about it and can be redirected. She is fine with other dogs and puppies and will play a bit with them, but prefers her own company and would be fine as an only dog. She has only been in her foster home a short while, so time will tell if she settles in and decides she wants to interact with other dogs more once she gets to know them better. Kaylee likes to sleep by your side at night, does not cause problems when left alone (no chewing or separation anxiety) and does not need to be crated. Her foster mom thinks she looks like a chihuahua and corgi mix, but who knows! She is compact, but does not like to be picked up, she much prefers to handle things herself! She loves walks and is perfectly house trained. She is too interested in cats to live with them. Kaylee loves affection and likes some reassurance that everything is going to be ok. She is a wonderful, low-maintenance sweetheart as long as you don’t have cats!
