Lando – Peppertree Rescue

Lando grew up in a southern shelter and made the long trip North to find his forever home. Many things are new to him and he is a bit insecure until he realizes he is safe. He is house trained, crate trained, and only barks at scary things, like the UPS truck and the TV. The TV is a big scary monster that lets bad things in the house but he can’t get to them or escape them. He totally doesn’t get it. He is pretty comical. When he is comfortable, his playful side shines through and he is silly with zoomies.

Lando has lots of energy and loves toys. He loves to be pet and will happily roll over for tummy rubs. Lando likes to play with other dogs once he realizes they aren’t going to hurt him. He hasn’t been cat tested but has a high prey drive. Most likely, he can’t live with cats, chickens, bunnies, etc. He would be a great companion for jogging, hiking, and just hanging out.
