Lyra was surrendered to the Animal Protective Foundation by a family whose child became allergic. She is a great little dog wrapped up in a very pretty little package. Lyra loves everything and everyone. She loves to run around, play fetch, eat, sleep under your blanket, and hang out on your lap. She especially loves toys that are way too big for her size. She carries a big fluffy Lamb Chop toy around like a boss. She is presently living with a 50 lb. dog and gets along fine with her. We are making this little darling available to the right home, however, she does have a heart murmur and will need a dental. We have scheduled an appointment for a cardiac consult to better understand exactly what is going on there. These expenses will be covered by Peppertree.
