Meet Nyxie, a puppy who is sweet as can be, even if he is just a bit timid around new adults (kids he loves!) He’s a very smart boy who has almost mastered his house training in record time. He is also getting used to a leash very quickly as well and overall seems to want to make his humans happy. Nyxie is a little over 4 months old and may be an Aussie/Black Lab mix. However, you wouldn’t know he had any super active Aussie genes by his demeanor. He is a very laid-back boy who truly cherishes his downtime. He is incredibly calm for such a young guy. He weighs about 26 pounds with the most gorgeous fur coloring and soulful eyes. He loves the other dog in his foster home and is mostly respectful of the cat. He follows his foster mom or her dog around most of the day and likes nothing more than cozying up with a willing human whenever possible. He has been very social with other dogs he has encountered across the fence and seems to be a great watch dog in training when he hears noises that concern him. He’s very alert to any stranger danger and will keep his family free from harm, for sure!
