Please welcome Oakley! Oakley is a 2 year old Rottie mix from Mississippi. He is a true southern boy. He is very sweet and super lovable and just a goofy. He is a large dog at 87 pounds and is long and leggy. He is not quite aware of how big he is.

Oakley does not have an mean bone in his body but because of size alone, I would say no children under 8. Children will need to be steady on their feet. I would also say if you have a houseful of knickknacks he may not be the dog for you. He has not been tested with small dogs. A medium to large female dog would be a great match. He is good boy and has good house manners. He gets along great with the resident dogs.

Oakley’s favorite thing is to get petted. His second favorite thing is to get treats. He loves to learn and is a good listener when treats are involved. He met children over the weekend and seemed to love them. He went belly up so they could give his belly some rubs. He is calm at night in the house and will just follow you around.
