Though they share the same name, Oscar is the farthest thing from a grouch. He is a mellow guy who loves to watch the action from the sidelines. Oscar is very vocal and MORE than happy to tell the household about any new faces. He is curious about his people, preferring to be in the same room as them and would do better with a family that’s home more often than not. He’s a very happy guy.

Oscar is housebroken, knows basic commands (“sit” and “down”) and, being food-motivated, will never refuse a snack. He currently lives with two other dogs in his foster home, and while he’s respectful in their interactions, Oscar seems to prefer the company of other humans. Cats and small children are unknown.
