Robbie came to us from a hoarding situation over the summer and has slowly settled into a routine in his foster home. He looks forward to his meals, gets excited when his foster mom gets home from work, and readily follows the other dogs outside. His favorite activities include relaxing on comfy beds and exploring the fenced yard in his foster home. Robbie is housebroken and does not need to be crated once a routine is established. Although he prefers to stay home as much as possible, he does ride nicely in the car when necessary to visit the vet or groomer. He gets along with other dogs and would be fine with cats. As he is still extremely shy with people, Robbie will need an adult-only home with another small dog and a secure physical fence. He is still too shy to be petted after 7 months in foster care but is steadily gaining confidence. He will need  a very patient adopter to continue working with him.
