With his striking, mismatched eyes, Ryu is sure to draw attention!  He gladly soaks up the love and gets along with everyone he meets, whether dog, cat, or human (including kids).  He loves making new friends and exchanging kisses for snuggles.

Ryu has lived successfully with another dog, a cat, and a small child!  He’s a very easy keeper — housebroken, does not need to be crated, and quiet unless he needs to alert you.  He also knows “sit” and takes treats very gently!  Ryu is not a fan of car rides, but he does love walks and lounging around with his people!  He is still learning to walk on leash without pulling though, so a fenced yard where he can run and play would be ideal.  If you’re looking for a true, “gentle giant” type dog, Ryu may be your guy!
