Shadow is a delightful and sweet girl! Her foster family thinks that she got her name because she likes to keep close to her family and follow them around if necessary. She has just discovered how nice it is to be a lapdog and loves to snuggle up on your lap if allowed. She also likes to give kisses!Shadow is crate trained, housebroken and a non-barker. She enjoys moderate leash walks and rides nicely in a car. She has lived in a household with cats for her whole life. Shadow is spayed and current on all immunizations and preventatives.

Although we are quite sure that Shadow would adjust nicely to be an only dog in the household, she has always lived with multiple dogs. Shadow is currently “loving life” living in a foster home with her sister Casey. They love to be together, hanging out and keeping an eye on the foster family! As an incentive to keep the sisters together, a generous friend of Peppertree has offered to sponsor one of their adoption fees, so these two girls can both be adopted for $250 if adopted together.
