Meet Skamper – A tiny lovebug looking for his person! This little sweetheart is full of personality and affection, and he’s ready to find a forever home where he can stay close to his favorite human. Skamper rides well in the car and loves snuggling up under the covers at night—he’s a true cuddle companion who prefers to be right at your side (or curled up at your hip!).

Skamper is still working on his house training, but he’s doing great with regular potty breaks and just needs a little consistency to get the hang of things. He’s currently living with bigger dogs in his foster home, but has shown some interest in play with polite pups. He’s brave and a bit cheeky— but has no problem standing up for himself.

Skamper is not a fan of being left alone for long and wants to be near his person as much as possible. He knows his name, and although he could sneak under the gate in the yard, he’d much rather stay close than wander off.

This little guy is full of love, charm, and just needs a patient home willing to help him finish mastering his house manners.
