Starsky is an energetic little love bug, looking for lots of hugs and kisses. His favorite place is on a lap, but he settles nicely into his favorite chair when his human is busy. He is very playful and would love a doggy playmate, but takes cues from his foster canine siblings and walks away when rebuffed. Starsky would benefit from having another dog in the house to help him settle in. Cats are unknown.
Starsky is scared of loud sounds, new people and car rides. He just needs patience and slow exposure to his brand new world. He cries a bit when left alone, but eventually settles down. He would do best with work from home humans. He does well on leash when not scared, so although a fence would be ideal, it isn’t required.
With patience and lots of belly rubs, Starsky will be a fun and affectionate companion.
