Tansy enjoys the simpler things in life: A snuggle on the couch, a yard to roll around in, and a ride in a car. She is a very low energy dog. Sweet but shy, Tansy will seek out places to hide, such as closets, under chairs and under beds, Tansy is just as curious to nose around the house. She is also good in a crate, is housebroken, and has proven herself to be somewhat hit-or-miss when it comes to taking walks; sometimes taking the route effortlessly and other times stopping to lay down and taking her time to stop and smell the flowers. She does startle easily. After an initial adjustment, Tansy has gotten along with both smaller dogs and with rabbits (she ignores them!) She shows no signs of guarding her food.
