Tinkerbell is an adorable and affectionate cocker spaniel. She is housebroken, crate trained, and has charmed all the people and dogs she has met. Cats are unknown, but we think she would be fine with them. She loves to be around her people in a crate or dog bed on the floor and is learning to become more comfortable with sitting on the couch or in someone’s lap.

When Tinkerbell first came to us she was in rough shape and needed grooming, dental surgery, minor medical care and lots of love.  Look at her now!  She is learning to walk on a leash but does not pull very much. She is extremely food-motivated, smart, and resilient and has learned all the house rules in her foster home in a short time.

Tinkerbell makes cute little snuffling noises when she is happy and hasn’t barked much, except for a few times when she saw her fosters outside and couldn’t be with them. A home with a fenced yard and a commitment to keep up with her breed’s grooming needs would be the best fit for this sweetheart.
