Twinkle is a gold medal winner in the snuggling Olympics! She will take any opportunity to fill an empty lap and cover the unsuspecting owner of that lap with several sloppy dog kisses. She is as lovable as she is cute! Twinkle gets along very well with the other dog in her foster home and they play quite frequently. She is a medium to low energy dog who naps throughout the day. She is mostly good with the cat in her foster home, but chases her occasionally when she is bored. She is very loving to the child in her home but also gets annoyed with her very easily, so a child-free or older child home might work best for Twinkle. Twinkle loves to eat anything she can find, including things that are not edible, so she would need to be crated, at least during the remainder of her puppyhood, while you are out of the home. She sleeps well at night in the crate but would much prefer to be on the bed with her people if she could. She is mostly housetrained, still having a puppy accident from time to time, and a fenced yard will be a plus in helping her adjust to a schedule in her new home. She is not particularly vocal, barking only when she hears someone come up on the porch or a very loud noise outside. She walks reasonably well on leash and because of her relatively small size, doesn’t pose much of a pulling problem. Anyone choosing to give this beautiful, soft and entirely snuggly dog a good home will be lucky indeed.
